Hello! My name is Girts Ivans. Welcome to my music blog. For some time now I've started to write and perform music. I've created this blog to share with you what I've come with and to encourage those who want to play and express them selves through the music, but think it is hard and you have to learn a lot. It is not :) First, it has to be fun! Later on, if you want, you will get all the technical theory, that will expand your possabilities for expression of what you feel inside. I've never been trained professionally(at least yet). All I know about music theory and practice comes from Internet. I've added some links in "Inspired by" section, so maybe they will help you to start playing.
Right now I have two main instruments. Roland FP-7 digital piano and Native American Flute(that I've made myself using manual I bought here).

FP7 Songs

In Roland FP-7 digital piano there is a feature called "Session Partner". You may choose a rythm and just add a melody to it. So here is what I've come up with. This is I what I call my "FP7 Songs" album :). Right now there are five songs. Enjoy!
